ORDERS Buying from Chenzo is a simple and secure operation. The Customer must view the collections, choose the product and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to Chenzo's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping will be a unique experience. To browse the offers, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from the main Italian and international brands offered by Chenzo. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet with information on the model, price, composition, sizes and colors.
With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site, pending order confirmation. You can add new purchases at any time or, using the DELETE ITEM function, exclude those already selected. By clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link, the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, still partial and unconfirmed, are indicated. Thanks to the WISHLIST function, you can create a list of favorite items during shopping, which will then be stored in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you wish. Once you have made your choice, simply add your selection directly to the cart.
With SEND ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Chenzo customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the Chenzo online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the data necessary for purchase and shipment. Once registration is complete, the system will store the information and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.
Products purchased on Chenzo are sold directly by Chenzo.

Our commercial policy
1. Chenzo offers products for sale on Chenzo and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively for its end users who are "consumers".
2. When we talk about "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on Chenzo for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on Chenzo.
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, Chenzo reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission and acceptance of product purchase orders on Chenzo between Chenzo users.
5. The General Conditions of Sale do not, however, regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than Chenzo who are present on Chenzo through links, banners or other hypertext links.
6. Chenzo reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation is followed by the relative refund of the entire amount spent; the refund will be made with the same method used for the payment of the order.
Guarantees and indication of product prices
1. Only luxury and first-quality brand products are offered for sale on Chenzo. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers for their strict quality controls.
Chenzo works with Luxury Boutiques throughout Italy through its current collaborations; thanks to consolidated direct relationships (all authorized retailers).
The goods offered for sale on the Chenzo website are not obtained exclusively from the brand owners, but from authorized retailers. Chenzo declares that it is not an authorized retailer or agent of the brands sold on the site. All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of these trademarks on the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself. Most of the trademarks present on the website and referring to products for sale on Chenzo are famous trademarks well known to the general public and to every Chenzo user.
2. Chenzo does not sell used, irregular or quality products below the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Chenzo within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Chenzo may, however, not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relative order form. The change in the sale price, whether increasing or decreasing, is our unquestionable choice and can also occur a few seconds after you close the order.
5. Chenzo, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without their relative tags or warranty seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
6. Since this catalog is legally comparable to mail-order sales, Chenzo reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be refunded for any expenses incurred.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free throughout Italy.
Chenzo ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via DHL express courier service. All goods shipped by Chenzo are carefully packaged. Along with the goods shipped, Chenzo will include the invoice in the package (or where requested by e-mail), detailing the prices of the purchased items.
FREE INSURANCE
Chenzo is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Chenzo, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled on the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Chenzo offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by DHL. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real time in the "My Account" section of the website.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is indicatively expected within 5/12 days from the order depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery within the subsequent three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three/five working days from shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is indicatively expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Upon delivery of the goods, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document with a reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL office and to Chenzo, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Chenzo will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Chenzo at the Customer's expense. In this case, Chenzo will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
