Returns
Chenzo aims to guarantee its customers complete satisfaction as required by Legislative Decree 206/2005, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must necessarily be at the customer's expense and responsibility within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to Chenzo, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Chenzo website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by means of a disposable security seal with the Chenzo logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with a thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered-with security seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and packed.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to any Express Courier within and no later than 15 days from the date of delivery.
F) - The Customer who wishes to change size, color, or item, must initiate the return procedure and place a new order on the Chenzo website.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Chenzo reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
H) - Returns are allowed within 14 calendar days.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to eshop@chenzo.it within 15 days of receiving the goods. The order number must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, Chenzo's customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to Chenzo shipping office Traversa II detta Casillo 8. Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Chenzo is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type thereof.
All returned items will be inspected by Chenzo staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Chenzo reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
REFUND
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid with a credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid with Paypal), or bank transfer within 14 calendar days.
