CHENZO offers its Customers various secure payment methods. The actual methods available may vary based on country, currency, order amount, and the terms provided by individual payment service providers.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

Payments can be made using major credit and debit cards enabled and shown at checkout.

Transactions are handled through secure payment systems. CHENZO does not directly acquire or store the full card details used to make the payment.

PAYPAL

Payment can be made via PayPal, when available at checkout.

The Customer is redirected to the PayPal service to complete the payment according to the terms and procedures provided by the respective provider.

KLARNA

When available, the Customer can use Klarna according to the payment methods proposed directly at checkout.

The use of the service is subject to Klarna's terms, requirements, and potential approval.

SCALAPAY

When available, Scalapay allows you to split the payment of your order according to the methods shown at the time of purchase.

The use of the service is subject to Scalapay's terms and potential approval.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

Depending on the device, country, and Customer settings, additional digital payment methods may be available at checkout.

The payment methods actually usable for a specific order are those displayed at checkout.

PAYMENT SECURITY

In case of an unauthorized, rejected, or incomplete payment, the order may not be confirmed.

REFUNDS
