GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the CHENZO site and apply to the online sale of products marketed by CHENZO S.r.l., with registered office at Traversa II Detta Casillo 6, 80144 Napoli (NA), Italy, VAT no. 06956681214.

By placing an order on the site, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

CHENZO sells only original products, purchased through selected suppliers, distributors and sales channels.

The images and descriptions on the site are intended to represent the products as faithfully as possible. Shades, colours and some details may nevertheless differ slightly because of photographic lighting, screen settings, the device used or the characteristics of production.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The product availability shown on the site is updated on the basis of the information in CHENZO's systems.

In exceptional cases, including because of simultaneous purchases or availability mismatches, an ordered product may no longer be available.

In that event CHENZO will promptly inform the Customer and, where applicable, will cancel the order and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

PRICES

The applicable prices are those shown on the site at the time of the order.

Any shipping costs and other costs applicable to the order are shown to the Customer during checkout and in any case before the purchase is finally confirmed.

ORDERS

To make a purchase, the Customer selects the desired products and the available variants and proceeds through the cart and checkout.

Before confirming the order, the Customer can check the selected products, their prices, the applicable shipping costs and the total order amount.

After completing the purchase procedure, the Customer receives an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided during checkout.

CHENZO reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the cases permitted by applicable law, for example in the event of product unavailability, a manifest error in the price or product information, payment problems or suspected fraudulent use of the service.

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the amounts due will be refunded using the payment method used, unless technically necessary or otherwise agreed with the Customer.

PAYMENTS

The payment methods actually available are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the country, the order amount and the conditions set by the respective payment service providers.

CHENZO accepts, where available at checkout:

The use of payment services provided by third parties is also subject to the conditions set by the respective providers.

SHIPPING

CHENZO ships by express courier.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, the country, the characteristics of the order and the delivery service available.

The applicable cost is always shown to the Customer during checkout before the order is confirmed and paid for.

Any delivery times shown on the site are estimates and may be affected by the courier, the destination, public holidays, periods of high shipping volume or other circumstances beyond CHENZO's control.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided when placing the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Customers who are consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal as provided by applicable law and under the conditions set out on the dedicated withdrawal and returns page.

CHENZO grants the Customer a period of 15 days from receipt of the order to make a return request, in compliance with the conditions set out on the site.

Except where the return results from an error attributable to CHENZO or where applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Returned products must be intact, unused, unwashed and unworn beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit. They must also be returned complete with labels, any accessories and, where applicable, the original packaging.

For the methods, conditions and any exclusions from the right of withdrawal, the Customer is invited to consult the Withdrawal from the contract page available on the site.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received, CHENZO will carry out the required checks.

When the return meets the applicable conditions, the refund is made in accordance with the methods and terms set by the law in force and, normally, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to actually appear may depend on the banking network or the payment service provider used by the Customer.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

For purchases made by consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the law in force applies.

If a product has a defect or a conformity problem, the Customer can contact CHENZO, providing the order number and the information needed to assess the request.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the site, including texts, images, photographs, graphic elements and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without authorisation, except as permitted by law.

The trademarks relating to the products sold belong to their respective owners.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES
