GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Products purchased on Chenzo are sold directly by Chenzo, an Italian company with registered office at Traversa II detta Casillo 8.
The offer and sale of products on the Chenzo website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Chenzo and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
Purchase methods
For each selected product, a descriptive card is displayed with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Chenzo may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Chenzo is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Chenzo
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Chenzo may change the products offered for sale on Chenzo and their relative price at any time and without prior notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Chenzo can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Chenzo is prohibited.
Chenzo reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Chenzo will notify the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
Chenzo accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay)
Chenzo accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Chenzo. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Chenzo. Ordered products remain the property of Chenzo until full payment of their price.
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, are at the customer's expense and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by courier. Shipments to post office boxes are not made.
Shipping costs 8 euros, except for promotions, when provided, indicated on the site that include free delivery.
Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to post office boxes).
