In exceptional cases, also due to simultaneous purchases or availability discrepancies, an ordered product may no longer be available.

In such an event, CHENZO will promptly inform the Customer and, where applicable, proceed with cancelling the order and refunding any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the time of the order.

Any shipping costs and other costs applicable to the order are indicated to the Customer during checkout and, in any case, before the final confirmation of purchase.

ORDERS

To make a purchase, the Customer selects the desired products and their available variations and proceeds through the shopping cart and checkout.

Before confirming the order, the Customer can verify the selected products, their respective prices, applicable shipping costs, and the total order amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and the conditions indicated on the specific page dedicated to withdrawal and returns.

CHENZO grants the Customer a period of 15 days from receipt of the order to make a return request, in compliance with the conditions indicated on the website.

Except in cases where the return is due to an error attributable to CHENZO or in cases where applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Returned products must be intact, unused, unwashed, and unworn beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and fit. They must also be returned complete with tags, any accessories, and, where applicable, their original packaging.

REFUNDS
