How to take your measurements
Chest: measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest.
Waist: measure your waist circumference without tightening the tape measure.
Hips: measure the circumference at the widest point of your hips.
Foot: measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe, preferably while standing.
